Isaiah Pelzer
Currently, I am a college student attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completing my Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. I was born in Philadelphia, PA and reside in Phoenixville, PA - with academic year residency in Indiana, PA. I’m an avid automotive enthusiast, artist, and photographer.
